Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on beauty or personal care items once they have left our premises. This is to ensure the safety, purity, and integrity of every product we offer.
If you change your mind, you may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless it arrives damaged or faulty.

We package all orders with care, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at talldahlia@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following with your message:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item(s)
A photo of the outer packaging
If the issue is accepted, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or exchange, depending on the situation.
If a return is required, Tall Dahlia will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return or issue, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
