Shipping Policy

We’re a small, independent skincare brand committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and UK holidays). We hand-pack each parcel with care from our studio.

During busy periods, there may be slight delays — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping takes 1-3 days by Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help locate your parcel or offer a suitable solution.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

We do not currently offer local delivery or in-person pickup.
